The Sailors Club is a medley of startling water views, bold canary yellow and bright turquoise furnishings with exuberant prints in a minimalist setting.
The Sailors Club branding, communications and design was produced under the creative direction of Jacqui Lewis and her agency FOLKE.
Executive Chef Steven Skelly leads a team of expert chefs in the galley across a menu of traditional dishes executed with a twist including Sugar Cured Ocean Trout, The Sailors Club Three Cut Burger and Fresh Oysters.
General Manager Dan Mills guides a team of savvy sailors on the Upper and Lower Decks of the restaurant and through to The Sailors Club Lounge Bar where cocktails and drinks are served amongst friends relaxing.
The Sailors Club is open 7 days and offers an all day dining menu.
