Inspired by the luxurious waterside lifestyle famously photographed by Slim Aarons and the colourful frivolity of 1960’s Palm Springs, The Sailors Club welcomes visitors for a fresh and innovative dining experience on Sydney harbour at Rose Bay Pier.
The Sailors Club is a medley of startling water views, bold canary yellow and bright turquoise furnishings with exuberant prints in a minimalist setting.
The Sailors Club branding, communications and design was produced under the creative direction of Jacqui Lewis and her agency FOLKE.
Head Chef Sarah Jewell leads a team of expert chefs in the galley across a menu of traditional dishes executed with a twist including Harvey Bay Scallops, Tasmanian Pot Steamed Mussels and Fresh Oysters.
General Manager Stephen Leahy guides a team of savvy sailors on the Upper and Lower Decks of the restaurant and through to The Sailors Club Lounge Bar where cocktails and drinks are served amongst friends relaxing.
The Sailors Club is open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner and offers an all day bar menu.
